Hi! My names Kim, I’m 25 and I have been Coaching Females since 2019

  • I grew up in South-East Melbourne and have travelled

  • I have Hungarian, British and Scottish background (although I have travelled almost anywhere but these places

  • I have a 9 year old Cavoodle. Her name is Willow 🐢

  • I am a qualified sports scientist in addition to my pt certs. I completed a 4 year Bachelors degree in exercise science at Deakin university 2019-2022.

  • I have been training for strength and aesthetics since 2018, then entered my first powerlifting comp on June 16, 2021.

  • I am diagnosed ADHD. I never define myself this way but knowing this has helped me understand more of how it can negatively show up in my life, and therefore how I can both embrace the quirks at the same time as work on myself for the better.
