Plateauing in your lifts?

I see you, I’ve been there

It could be one of few variables influencing your ability to know when, and how much progress is possible with changes to your current way of showing up in the gym.

BUT this isn’t gonna happen until you understand what needs to change gal 🔥

  1. Lack of structure in training - i’m looking at you without structure and consistent program, swapping exercises week to week

  2. Technical barriers - overcoming these requires understanding what needs to change - and unfortunately we don’t know what we don’t know so a knowledgeable outsiders perspective is pivotal here

  3. Poor accessory exercise selection - these matter just as much as your weights selected and technique for main lifts! There can be weaknesses in smaller muscles, imbalances within the body and difficulty targeting these solely with accessories, and often with common program accessories that aren’t tailored to you for that matter.

  4. All you type A hard workers! “ego lifting” or pushing too hard week to week is a factor to consider, maybe it’s at the expense of solid technique or just volumes that your body can’t grow and recover from and in between sessions.

  5. Lack of nutrition, sleep, and chronic life stress that just cannot support optimal recovery between sessions

Hope this helps! Msg me if you resonated and have other questions! xo Kim
